Her fascination with the body’s innate healing abilities led her to complete her studies at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster, BC—one of only two accredited Naturopathic medical schools in Canada. While at Boucher, she was awarded the Clinical Excellence Award for her exceptional diagnostic skills and was actively involved in leadership roles within her community.
Today, Dr. Dragan’s clinical focus lies in women’s health across the lifespan, with a special passion for hormonal balance, perimenopause and menopause care, and individualized contraception support. My approach
I am an evidence based naturopathic doctor who practices in Vancouver both virtually and in person. I spend countless hours trying to keep up with the endless knowledge so that I can support my patients in the best way possible.
I have a small obsession with all things skin. Skin care products in particular & all things anti aging. I love understanding what ingredients do what & which products have the biggest impact on skin! I have histamine intolerance, so I have gone down the rabbit hole in the reserach, so this is an area I love to teach others about. Genetic analysis is a vast area of medicine that is still in it’s early stages, but the specific guidance it can give a patient in terms of explaining their health & the specific tools to shift health have been so fascinating & rewarding as a self proclaimed academic nerd.
I want my patients to feel heard, understood & leave feeling hopeful. My intention is to educate as to the cause of your symptoms, and then to explain why we’re changing your diet, or taking a supplement/herb or medication. Or why we’re needing to send you off to the lab to get further information.
I aim to have a minimal approach which will have the greatest impact on your health. Sometimes, in the short term, the list is long, but over time, the goal is to have you on an effective plan that will be preventative & help you achieve health longevity.
Things change over time. Your health, your goals, what you’re willing to do, what you’re able to do/not do. I’m hear to listen to these wants/needs, explain what your treatment options are, & help you come up with a plan that you’re realistically going to be able to follow.
