Chiropractors are extensively educated in the prevention, assessment, diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Dysfunction of our joints can result in abnormal nervous system patterns which can lead to poor soft tissue and muscle function. This combination can affect the body’s ability to respond to stresses in the environment, as well as cause painful conditions. Chiropractic care is aimed at improving spinal function and preventing these abnormal patterns, allowing full communication between the brain & body through the spine. This enables the body to respond effectively to stresses placed upon it.
